Note: All conference fee prices above are exclusive of the 20% VAT/DPH.
Registration fee includes: Education Day sessions and Welcome Reception on Tuesday, entrance to the Partner Pavilion, access to all G-Force sessions (general session and breakout sessions), Certification Testing (optional) on Thursday, the G-Force networking party, breakfast, lunch and breaks on both Wednesday and Thursday, and the Closing Reception on Thursday.

G-Force 2011 will be held at the Hilton in Prague, Czech Republic. Overlooking the River Vltava and located close to the city centre, the Hilton Prague offers one of Europe's largest conference facilities. Hotel Conference Rate
Genesys has negotiated a special rate of €108 plus 10% VAT/DPH per night for the program dates. Rooms and program rates will be based on availability for pre and post dates. Conference attendees are responsible for their hotel room costs.
*Please Note: There will be no penalty for any reservations cancelled prior to 29 April.
Cancellations made from 30 April until 17 days prior to the guest’s arrival date will be charged one night’s stay.
For cancellations or other changes made within 17 days of arrival, the hotel holds the right to charge the individual’s full length of stay.
Cancellations will only be accepted via email to the G-Force Prague Registration Team at prague@genesysgforce.com. Please do not contact the hotel directly as they will be unable to assist you.
Any changes or cancellations received after 29 April will be processed; however we cannot guarantee that they will not be penalized per the above guidelines.
Travel Information
Conference attendees are responsible for making their own airline reservations and transportation arrangements. Please contact your local travel agent or the airline of your choice to secure airline reservations. Please be sure your scheduled arrival airport is Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG).
Ground Transportation
Ground transportation between Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG) and the Hilton Prague is the attendee's responsibility. The airport is approximately 21 kilometers from the hotel with a transfer time of 25-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
The Hilton Prague offers transfers from the airport to the hotel for 900,-CZK plus 5-10% tip. Return transfers from the hotel to the airport are 800,-CZK plus tip. To make your reservation, email taxi.prague@hilton.com and include the following information with your request: Genesys G-Force, your name, your hotel reservation number, your flight number and the last destination from where you are flying and the arrival time to Prague. By Taxi
AAA Taxi is the main taxi provider from the airport to downtown Prague. The price from the airport to the Hilton Prague is approximately 850,-CZK, not including tip.
Car/Minivan Transfer

Shuttle
Shuttle service is provided by AAA Taxi via a minibus that departs from both airport terminals every 30 minutes. The drop off point downtown is Prague 1, Celnice Street, which is a 15 minute walk from the Hilton Prague. Cost for this service is 120,-CZK per person.
By Car
Rental car desks are available at the Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG). If you wish to make a car reservation, please contact your preferred rental company directly. Parking is available at the Hilton Prague for 750,-CZK per day. For detailed driving directions, please visit the hotel Web site.
Visas
Attendees are responsible for obtaining any necessary visa for travel to the Czech Republic. Conference Cancellation Policy
Conference cancellations emailed to prague@genesysgforce.com on or before 24 May, 2011 will be refunded the registration fees less a €150,00 cancellation fee. No refunds of any conference fees will be issued for cancellations made after 24 May, 2011.
Badge Scanning Policy
Note to all G-Force attendees: When you allow your badge to be scanned at any point during the conference, you acknowledge the company scanning your badge has access to your contact information.

Credit Cards and Changing Your Money
All the major international brands of plastic – MasterCard and Visa are becoming more widely accepted, but don't assume that you'll always be able to use your card to pay; inquire first. ATMs are throughout Prague and you should have no problem accessing your credit or debit account back home. Foreign currency, including traveller’s cheques, can be exchanged at some banks and at exchange bureaus.

Euros are accepted at some larger shops and restaurants, but Czech crowns are preferred.
Tipping
Restaurant bills always include a service charge, but it is standard to add 5% or 10% unless the service was poor. At hotels, bellhops are given 25,-CZK per bag and it's also nice to leave a few Czech crowns for the room cleaners. Tip bartenders about 5% and taxi drivers around 10%.
