
Introducing Customer Service Heroes Award!
We often hear from customers, ‘our business is a people business’.
As a thought leader in the Customer Service space Genesys is acting upon this remark and launching its brand new ‘Customer Service Heroes’ Program – allowing our customers to nominate and recognise their best Customer Service Agents.
Program:
This is an awards program to celebrate the "heroes" of the contact centre – the frontline agents that handle customer requests on a daily basis.
We encourage you to nominate a Customer Service Agent who has been dedicated to the cause, who has gone that extra mile, managed some very tricky callers and created some outstanding results.
An Executive Committee from Genesys will select the top 3 candidates based on the quality of the submission. These 3 finalists will be invited to present at G-Force Prague in order to find the ultimate Customer Service Hero 2011! Finalist’s package includes:
+ Roundtrip airfare to Prague
+ A VIP G-Force pass
+ 3 nights hotel Prague Hilton
+ VIP Lanyard
+ A short bio and picture in the G-Force Guide
+ Trophy for ‘Customer Service Hero’ and smaller award for runners up
Finalists will have their story presented on Mainstage to a panel of judges and the winner voted for by the G-Force audience.
Trophies to keep will be awarded to the winner and runners up.
Nomination Process:
To nominate your Customer Service Heroes please click here to complete and submit the form.
Submissions should be written but a great option is to supplement that nomination with a video. Once you have submitted your nominations by clicking on the above link, you will be able to post your video on the Genesys YouTube site. Judges:
• Dave Carroll, the musician that highlighted the power of social media on customer services with the infamous “United Breaks Guitars,” YouTube hit, now a speaker on customer experience
• Peter Cheales, founder of Hellopeter.com, the largest customer service website in the world, best-selling author of “I Was Your Customer”, and seasoned public speaker
• Mike Havard, 25 year veteran of customer management strategy, founder of CM Insight, which became the European market leader in customer management consulting, and now Director of Ember Services
