Mainstage Highlights:

• Guest Speakers
     Peter Cheales, world renowned speaker in area of
     transforming customer service will speak on the emergence
     of “Extreme Service Makeover”. Dave Carroll, internationally
     acclaimed singer-songwriter, will provide a personal story of
     his YouTube video and how customer service has changed in
     the era of social media.

G-Force Party at Municipal House

Come enjoy a variety of musical talents,
culinary delights and artistry at the famous
Municipal House located in the heart of
Prague. This premier art nouveau building is
the main attraction in Republic Square and
houses one of the best concert halls in the
city. Get your photo taken with 16th
Century muses, enjoy the variety of
performances from brass band, classical
music to a Timbre dance band. It is sure
to be an unforgettable evening and look
forward to hosting you on Wednesday,
8 June!

Additional Activities During G-Force Prague

Ask The Expert
You can set up 1:1 meetings with product experts in our Ask The Expert sessions. Please talk to your Account Manager who can book these in advance for you.

GCAP Members will enjoy their own recognition event on Tuesday, 7 June from 13:30 to 17:00 with a ride on Prague’ historic tram and then reception and awards ceremony at Restaurant Vikarka.
